Ive been having a strange error when emailing invoices to customers in
that the invoice has some missing characters and or slightly odd formating
that is not apparent when viewing in Crystal Reports. Im using Emerald
2.5 and CR7 and the invoice views and prints fine in CR however after
mailing the invoice out it looks something like :

The problems with this format are :
a) The due date has dropped under invoice and notice date
b) New Charges, Previous Balance and the --- are all formatted
incorrectly
c) The text at the end has been chopped off.
Ive tried numerous things in CR , tried various mail clients (UNIX and
windows),
but im really beginning to doubt that its a format problem with the report
and more some other problem that is frustrating me.
Im sorry for the long and perhaps overdone post, just wanted to convey all
the
information and sincerely hoping someone can shed some light on this for
me as im rather lost as to where to look next.
