I'm curious why this would be a better setup? The HiPerARC is the component
that does all the routing and authentication. Also, why do you need more
descriptive information. RadiusNT won't use most of the VSA information put
out by the HiPerARC now. It's not like it would load balance. You can only
do that with two HiPerARCs.
