[NTISP] Windows 2000 command line FTP bug?

I'm trying to use Windows 2000's command line FTP to upload some
files to a Windows NT 4.0 machine.

However, after I login with FTP, if I try to get a directory listing
or put any files... it will "hang"... requiring me to close down
the cmd window... and end the task.

Any ideas? Is this a bug with Windows 2000? I'm able to use the
Windows 98 command-line FTP without the "hang" problem.
