[NTISP] MS VPN and firewall setup

Hi Folks;
How do folks allow VPN routing through ISP networks to corporate LANs?
What specifically I need to know is that how to allow Microsoft VPN
clients to go through our network and connect to corporate LANs, my
current firewall implementation (using Cisco sccess-list) is not allowing
VPN traffic through.
I thought the Cisco MS deal was to use gre protocol for VPN routing??
i.e
access-list 101 permit gre any to <my network IP>
