Well, you may want ASP but I have seen some great products using PERL. =
Check out the products at www.cgi-resources.com under =
perl/webcommunities (something like that)

Prices are very modest: about $200 for some powerful stuff. They work =
equally well on NT or Linux.

Does anyone know of any software (preferably ASP based) that allows =
users to create and customize their own portal pages? Something like =
Yahoo, AltaVista, and others allow users to do? =20
=20
I have a customer that wants to create a portal site for his =
customers. His site is on an NT 4.0 box.

Thanks,
