Is it possible to automatically place a banner at the top of each page =
in a site using IIS4?

I've got a bunch of sites that I host for free, and I am currently =
placing banners at the end of each page using IIS footers, but I'd like =
to put them at the top of each page. Am I missing something simple =
here?

Thanks,
Gary
