Try looking into NTMail ( www.ntmail.co.uk )

It has a fixed-price (US$495) VirusScan module ( see
http://www.ntmail.co.uk/vscan/index.htm ) that, if I'm not mistaken, can use
any 3rd party AntiVirus package like McAfee Viruscan to scan each email.

The great challenge of using any of these products is that they are licensed
on
a per user basis, adding several dollars per month per email account to your
underlying costs. I understand everyone wants to prosper but those kind of
contractual agreements are ones that I think through very seriously before
signing.
