If you're running SQL 7, ensure you have SP2 applied, as it does fix quite a
few network issues.

Yes, I have a lot of ADT's which are in the 300k range. They seem to bequite frequent also. Would this be an SQL server issue then? This wouldexplain all of my timeouts also.
