[RadiusNT] RadiusNT 2.5.213 semi-crashes

Our RadiusNT 2.5.213 on both of our servers semi-crash anytime I
stop/restart SQL Server 7. I don't remember exactly what the error message
is (something similar to "user(something).dll failed to initialize [OK]").
I'd reproduce the error, but I'm not real keen on stopping SQL Server in the
middle of the afternoon--even if it's only for a few moments.

Has anyone else seen this happen?
