Just my two cents, and not that I'm using WUG for this, but as often as this
comes up, I think it should be in a FAQ or possibly even the RADIUS-NT
documentation :-)

Is RadiusNT receiving the request on the ones that are not working?
What does -x15 debug show? How is your WUG configured for the
RADIUS server?
