They are now utilities at this moment, but will be in a future update.
They will allow you to map attributes to other attributes for accounting
purposes. For example, you can map the USR-Connect-Speed to the
Standard Connect-Info attribute, if you have two different NASes that
support standard and non-standard attribute names.
