The basic concept is to have the latest full distribution and update in
the
product folder. (ie, /RadiusNT, /RadiusX, /Emerald, etc). There is an
updates folder on each of those with the updates for the ful
distribution.
The only exception to this is RadiusNT 2.5 updates, which would be good
to
put into a seperate folder. We do not anticipate on having multiple
updates on the FTP site anymore, as we will have regularly scheduled
(per month or so) updates for each software package, rather than
multiple
interim builds, as in the past.

Also, having all the sub-folders would mean more places people have to
check for things, which could cause a lot of searching.
