Don't execute it... Simply rename it to "radius.exe" and copy it into the
Emerald (or RadiusNT) directory. It's actually a replacement for the
radius executable...
We rename the old radius.exe to something else (like: radius_25_175.exe)
prior to coping the new file there. That way if something doesn't work
right they can be switched back.
Be sure to stop and restart radius after the change...
