I'm sure this is probably something stupid on my side. I have RAS installed
on the computer with Radius (only bound to a VPN Adapter since I don't have
a modem). I was still getting the could not get RAS information from SAM.
I then downloaded radius_3.exe and tried it. I am now getting the following
output when I use radlogin to verify a DEFAULT user. (same in both text or
both mode)

Could not get RAS user information from the NT SAM.
Sending Reject of id 105 to 7f000001 <127.0.0.1>.
User: ******* not found.

Help. Why can RADIUS not find the users in the NT SAM? The same SAM is
currently running our RadiusNT 2.5 server.
