What was fixed in .210? Are there plans to change RadiusNT so that it drops
the @tm.net or domain\ from the username solumn / calls table?

Do you have SNMP concurrency checking enabled? Try running in -x31
mode,
to see the SNMP options and see if SNMP is countering the check.
Are you seeing the user logged in on the calls online? Have you checked
to see if concurrency control was turned off accidentally?

My 2.5.209 works fine here:
