it is the PM3 EL-IPSEC-OUT..... I donl recall the complete name it
has to do with iptunneling and pm3 and the xstop server
it is a vendor type 26 id nr 12 and it is 1 character longer then
possible.

when we apply the attribute to a user in radius -x i see attribute 25
characters="parameter" so one cheractar there is missing.

I assume the PM3 will not accept it then, or am i wrong?
