If you are in ODBC mode, create a set of entries in the RadConfigs table
for the user's AccountID, including Caller-ID. For Caller-ID, set
RadCheck
to 1 (it should be 0 for the others), and put their number in the data
column.

If you are in text mode, add Caller-ID and the number after the password
on the first line:

user Password = "foobar", Caller-ID = "11155512212"
