Attribute #17 has actually be depreciated, since its usefullness
was limited and the management of passwords is outside the scope
of the RADIUS protocol. Its not even in the latest RFC.

As I mentioned before, most PPP clients have no way of handling
password expiration, so it does do a lot of good for RadiusNT to
support it.
