Check your system for u2*.dll files. You should have a set of them in
either your system32 directory or \winnt\crystal. They MUST match the
print engine version. There is an update to the CR7 files on our FTP
site as well:

ftp://ftp.iea-software.com/Emerald/Updates/crystal/cr7mr1.zip

Typically these all go in your system32 directory, to replace
the existing ones.
