No. If you go into the Emerald admin, RadiusNT, Server Access, you can
define what account types can login to what servers. This only takes
affect when you enable Server Access is the RadiusNT admin and restart
RadiusNT, though. However, please be VERY careful, because when you
enable that option, any accounttype<->server access not explicitly
defined, will be denied.
