I tried to create another Emerald operator for the entry of accounts, I
gave him access to every thing from SQL and Emerald admin, but he still
cannot change expiredate or on the billing information screen the
expire field is hidden and the password on the services information
screen, only the only operator that can do those changes is the sa.
Is this the way how emerald works or I am missing something
