I think it only does max time. You'd still have to do idle manually.
It was really intended for things like timebanking and server port
access
where RadiusNT might have to create the session-timeout. Prior versions
to 2.5 would have it create just the AMT attribute when checked, but
2.5 and higher now create both Session-Timeout and AMT attributes.
