RE: [Emerald] Web/ASP Interface

One could create a "replacement" for Emerald by purchasing a RadiusNT
license and creating their own tables around the RadiusNT licensed tables,
as well as an interface in ASP, but this isn't the proper place to discuss
this. ;^)
