[Emerald] "Over Limit" field

Dale,
I asked you this before, but I got confuse when you said "overdue". The
over limit field, of the billing tab, of a MBR is what I'm talking about.
What does this field do and how does it work.
I if you put an amount more than the current balance in this box the
account will become inactive? How can I see if the account is inactive? What
if the amount is the same as the balance?
