I have a PM2 and PM3 I am useing Emerald 2.2.38
in the online tab I have it showing ALL This has typically shown a list =
of all ports operating under both pieces of equipment. 2 Days ago we =
were having a bunch of people hung up onthe PM2 system so we went into =
Admin and we did a Report. Since then we are authenticating but only =
the PM3 ports are able to show in the Emerald online Tab. My Partner is =
the technical guy in our operation but he is out of town and I can not =
get ahold of him. I am wondering if there is a SIMPLE fix for me so I =
can get this up and visible again. I was in the Admin and under servers =
I am wondering if I should just reenter all the data he had for the pm2 =
under another heading and delete the original server. I am a little =
hesitant since it is working fine execpt the display. I am having a =
problem with one of my dialin modems however and by using the OnLine Tab =
and Graph I have always been able to see which one is not in use and fix =
it. The graph does not sho any modems either. Any Help would be great =
thanks.
