Hello Dale,
Thanks for the reply.
I am getting Accounting records and the authentication is fine and
responsive.
We only have 115 accounts with about 30-50 online at any one time.
Our accounting timeout is set to 10 sec. Nothing on the NAS's have changed,
I have not updated any software it just has become unpredictable.
The response times are fast, how do I check the ammount of records in the
calls table ?

Are you getting the accounting records for the users who are not showing
up on-line? What is the accounting timeout on your MAX? How many
records
does your calls table have? What response times are you seeing in -x15
debug mode?
