[Emerald] Emerald Admin Question

Go to Emerald Admin->Accounting->Services, highlight any of the services
that are defined. At the bottom of the detail display for that service is a
text display that says, for example, "3 defaults for this service type".
Does anyone know what that means? I can't find any reference to it in the
Admin manual.
