I am using Emerald Manager 2.5.328 and I get the error message "Pro-rate
charge failed to gather information" everytime I create a service with the
following characteristics :
1. Its associated Account Type has a Cost of 0.00
2. Its MBR's Billing Cycle is set to "Monthly"
If I choose an Account Type > 0.00, the error does not happen.
What could be wrong here ?
