I am sorry that I don't have your answer, however I believe that your
problem is either related to your database or you installation.. Make SURE
that you have the latest Crystal Report files. There were some problems
with the wrong CR files being setup when Emerald was installed on a computer
that had Crystal Reports installed. I had CR 6.0 installed and after
installing 327 I did have some problems with emailing and printing... after
I upgraded to CR 7.0 all those problems went away.

I have not had any other problems with 2.5.323 it has worked fine since the
day I installed it...

I do have a couple of issues with .327 that Dale has not provide an answer
to....

What you should do if you REALLY need support is contact Support at IEA as
this list is only a bunch of users trying to help each other with some
volunteer input from Dale and others at IEA.

Its me again.
I am having problems printing invoices from batch again. (I did manage
to get the update calls to work.)
When printing from the emerald server, it tells me it can not load the
form. (the path is correct.)
When printing from the client, it comes up with a blank form.
When printing from an open invoice screen, it says:
StartPrintJob in PrintCustom caused an error: Error in formula
<Record_Selection>. '{Invoices.InvoiceID} in []' A number, currency amount,
boolean or string is expected here.

I have had this problem before, but it seemed to have fixed itself.
I am going to have a hard time explaining to my customers that there
account was turned off due to non-payment when I can't get them a bill.

I have tried 'force clients' both on and off.
I have tried both automatic batch and manual.
For some reason the clients and server can not locate the files, but the
paths are correct.
I had made no changes when this problem occured, it was working fine
before.
I have even upgraded to emerald 327 and admin 323.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Does anyone know when emerald is going to be stable enough to not have
to change something every day to make it continue to work?
