Are they getting a login prompt? Have you checked the server setting
on the login dialog? Is it a quick or long time before the error?
What transport are you using (SQL check your client network utility)?
Do you have an entry in your SQL client network utility for your
SQL Server? Is it right? Can you connect to the sql server with
