Run RadiusNT in -x15 debug mode and use radlogin to produce a failed
login.
Does it write to the Radlogs table? What error does it get?

You can ignore this.

Its looking for updtcall.sql. You probably need to rename updtcalls.sql
to updtcall.sql.

Its for RadiusNT only, not Emerald.
