I think i did something wrong here. But when i logged in using an operator
account belonging to emeraldsecure and a billing group, then i try to open
an invoice, i get sql busy error, intermittently, after clicking okay, i can
get in, sometimes i can not get in and get an invoice not found error
message.

If i use sa to log in, i am successful in opening the invoice.

I think it has something to do with operator permissions. Can anyone help me
with this? what permissions should i set for the operator?
