First, make sure that Emerald can find the einvoice.rpt. If it
can't, it will use the invoice.rpt, which is typically not text
exportable (not in a pretty way, atleast).

Secondly, try the update to the einvoice.rpt found at:

ftp://ftp.iea-software.com/Emerald/reports/einvoice7.rpt

thats for CR7 and should work (rename it to einvoice.rpt).
