Heh.. "Why didn't I think of that?" There is a maintenance process a 1:00am
that deletes start records.. This makes sense of what is happening, however
I don't remember adding it to the scheduler.. Is it in any of the new
scripts? This does not seem like a recommended process.

The mins is a realtime calculation done on the fly between the date
stamp the user logged in and the current clock on your SQL Server).

Is it possible that one of your scheduled tasks is doing something with
the CallDates around that time frame?
