AFAIK, there isn't a way to go back (that easily). I don't know of any
reasons why you would have a problem with 7.0, that you wouldn't have
with 6.5. In reality, 7.0 has proven to be less problematic that 6.5
was.

If you have a backup of your 7.0 database, the worse I can think of
is that you would have to reinstall 7.0 and restore it. Not much
different than the worse 6.5 scenario. :)

My two field updates from 6.5 to 7.0 have had similiar results to
Ronnie.
Not one problem on the update, and they were for very large
installations
where 6.5 just wasn't performing anymore.
