Email SupportNow offered for those customers who do not need to speak with a live technician. This option comes with update releases and access to our online forums but does not include upgrades/maintenance or downtime support.
Basic Support ContractThis option includes 2-business hour phone response and minor updates as well as access to online forums, but does not include upgrades/maintenance or after hours downtime support.
The Extended Support ContractOur premiere contract includes email, 2-business hour phone response, after hours downtime support and maintenance.
It is our goal to return all support requests within 2 business hours. Extended support customers also receive access to our 24x7 paging service. Services outside of normal business hours are limited to system downtime emergencies only.
