Hello All,
    I have been tasked with causing inactive accounts to be redirected to a web page that indicates that their bill is not paid, and gives them the option to either pay it online, or call us to pay it. Our CEO has already contacted our billing software (Boardtown's Platypus) about this issue. I have been provided a script for Plat that will allow Radius to auth inactive customers, but have run into many issues. Per the e-mails that I have been given, it seems that Radius and our terminal servers are the parts that will make this work. I have spoken to 3com, and they direct me back to Radius and/or Platypus. I have e-mailed IEASoft twice, with no response so far. Can anyone offer me any guidance in this matter, even if only a web page of information, or to tell me that it cannot be done.

Again: Terminal Server: 3Com Total Control RadiusNT 4.0.8 Platypus 3, on SQL 7.0
