No. There is a general Forum and Feature Request forum for each of
our products. Any registered person (you don't even have to own a
product) can log into those forums and read/post/interact with
other customers. We also still have the product mailing lists
(this being one of them) as well.
The additional forums for support contract customers are forums
that IEA Software support and development engineers participate
on and are a bonus for those with support contracts. They are
an additional means to help solve problems with the product
without having to call or email support.
From time to time, we post additional reports, graphics, menus, etc
to the forums for support contract holders as well. Usually these
add ons are made available during the next upgrade/release, but
support contract holders get access to them ahead of time.
