Hi,
Further to my previous email it appears that the users Timeleft is being
reduced TWICE!
The user had 949 minutes left before the following transaction:
<accounting log snip>
Event-Time (Unknown Type 3)
SQL Statement: INSERT INTO Calls
(CallDate,AcctStatusType,AcctDelayTime,NASIdentifier,NASPort,NASPortType,ConnectInfo,AcctSessionID,Username,FramedAddress,AcctSessionTime,AcctOutputOctets,AcctInputOctets,AcctTerminateCause)
VALUES (GetDate(),2,0,'203.58.25.120',106,0,'CONNECT
32000','57564','btivey','203.58.25.42',1743,476796,165721,1)
SQL Statement: UPDATE SubAccounts Set TimeLeft=TimeLeft-30 Where TimeLeft
IS NOT Null And Login='btivey'
Resp Time: 130 Auth: 66/0 -> 66 Acct: 128/0/0 -> 128
After the above transaction he only had 889 minutes left?
The log doesn't reveal any reasoning - can anyone help with this. I'm sure
it's only started happening recently (at least I hope so).
Glen.
