No. It doesn't matter who we receive the request from (proxy wise) as
long as the NASIdentifier, Acct-Session-ID, Username and port are all
the same.

Unfortunately, thats about all you can do. Clear your on-line, run
in debug to a log file, let it accumulate several stuck users, and
then go look in the log file for them. Use PFE32 and search and you
can usually find the usernames pretty quickly (hint /nt folder on our
ftp site).
