That is exactly what is happening. At first I was calling the wholesale
 ports company and telling them I was not getting the stop requests. But
 digging deeper, the stop requests getting logged almost seems directly
 related to the memory situation in SQL. But of course now that I think I
 have it figured out, I come in this morning after re-booting last night
 and roam users still show logged on.

Also, in looking my database shows 1.2GB with almost 700MB free. Is there
 a way to decrease the size of the database. Seems like and awful lot of
 wasted space. Maybe that could be related to the issue.

I am stumped again.
