[RadiusNT] giving a user a range of ip addresses

Is there a way to give a user a range of ip addresses? We have a newuser
account that I want multiple people to be able to use to connect at one time
but I want to be able to specify the ip address they will receive.
If I just give multiple listings in radconfig for the same accountid with
the different ip addresses will it cycle through till it finds an available
ip address?
