IEA Software, Inc. offers many support contract options. We are positive one of these options will fit your business needs.
Email Support

Now offered for those customers who do not need to speak with a live technician. This option comes with update releases and access to our online forums but does not include upgrades/maintenance or downtime support.

Basic Support Contract

This option includes 4-business hour phone response and minor updates as well as access to online forums, but does not include upgrades/maintenance or after hours downtime support.

The Extended Support Contract
 |
Our premiere contract, which includes 4-business hour phone response, after hours downtime support, access to online forums and maintenance.
It is our goal to return all support requests within 4 business hours. Customers also receive access to our 24 X 7 paging service. Services outside of normal business hours (9am -5pm PST) are limited to system downtime emergencies only.
