Use Radlogin to see what attributes and values are being returned
for that user. You may need to restart RadiusNT if you have
changed the service type defaults in the DB before they will take
affect. If Radlogin is displaying the correct attributes (ie,
RadiusNT is returning them) then its something further down the
chain that is ignoring the attribute or changing it.
