Have you tried stopping/starting the emerweb service, after you make the
changes? I don't recall having to do that, but you may have some crazy
caching of data going on that requires it.

I am running Emerald Version 4.5
I have been straggling for a while to disable printing of zero balance
accounts or services. I have gone to 'Admin','Global','Accounting' and
set 'Print 0 Balance or Credit Statements' to 'No' but to no avail. Any
ideas?
