My Credit card export will not work.. No one has been billed and when you
view the history it says Waiting CC Export, this use to function nightly at
1:30am by itself and now it no longer works. So I attempted to manually CC
Export and I get this lovely error "Too few fields in this record" I've
attempted trying to just CC export one at a time and I get the error for
EVERY customer. Again this is the same setup and everything that has been
working semi-flawless for a good solid 8 months. I really need to get this
rectified, Authorize.net says it is the program(s) incompatibilities and
emerald has yet to reply.
And as irony would have it, I have to setup Emerald again in two more
counties for a county-wide wireless project.. But I can't with a sound mind
suggest and install Emerald in these places if it is not functioning
properly.
Anyhow, If anyone has some sort of solution or has encountered this problem
and overcame please reply with how.
