Hi,
Has anyone ever come accross the situation where a customer has claimed
that the TimeLeft (in time banking) was understated.
Unfortunately I didn't have a definite and agreed "starting point" to
verify the customers claim.
Normally I would just pass this up as a customer problem :-) however I
think this could be the second instance in the past few weeks.
