AFAIK, you should be able to run the following SQL commands:

BACKUP LOG <Emerald Database Name> WITH TRUNCATE_ONLY or BACKUP LOG <Emerald Database Name> WITH NO_LOG

This should clear out the unused portion of the transaction logs.
