[NTISP] Blacklist for SMTP

Hello list,
I have been having troubles sending to about 20 email servers.
We send out about 500 messages and recieve about 2000 per day from 1 NTMail
3.02 server.
I am getting the following errors from their SMTP service:
Resolve domain.com
Connected to mail.domain.com
421 SMTP Service not available, Closing transmission channel.
QUIT
