Few people use FP in conjunction with FP extensions. Generally speaking,
with the other mailing options that have been mentioned here, they'd work
for all sites (unless certain things are disabled for certain accounts,
etc.) but with FP, you have to set that stuff up specifically for the
domains, etc.
